Ideally, there will be three levels of management viz., top level, middle level and lower level management in big organizations. Following the concept of modern Human Resource Management, The Top Level Management consists Executive Level. Middle Level Management consists Managerial Level and Lower Level Management Consists Officer Level. However, top executive position will be chief executive officer’s level, middle level will be manager’s level position and lower lever can be referred to officer’s level position. Lower level officers will be reporting to managers and managers will be reporting to chief executive officer. The chief executive officer will be responsible towards the board of directors.
At present, there are 27 staffs working in the Bank. The Bank is managed by a team of experienced bankers and professionals having proven track record & is guided among other things by its reliability and professionalism. Currently Bank is headed by General Manager/Chief Executive Officer Mr. Dipendra Karki, having more than 7 years of banking experience with Joint Venture commercial Banks of Nepal. The Bank is currently operating in highly professionally manner.
